The course will run since the start of February to the end of December 2020. Placement testing will take place on Monday 16th and Thursday 19th December at the Department of Foreign Languages, Room 801.

The placement testing is instrumental in assessing the learners' linguistic competence on the Global Scale of English, as it includes various check tests (reading comprehension, writing skills, listening comprehension). Having passed the testing, they will be enrolled.

Building and updating the complex of professional and social, everyday speech and axiological competences as well as developing text analysis skills are necessary aspects to upgrade general linguistic skills.

The course content is outfitted with modern learning technologies as they wield major influence on learning outcomes.
