Clinical work is one of the principal directions of the Department of Family Medicine and Outpatient Care.

It is carried out by the powerful personnel potential, which provides a high level of treatment-and-consultation work; it is primary performed at clinical bases of the departments and also in different regions of Ukraine. MD, Dr. Sc., Full Professor Kovalenko Ol’ha Yevheniivna is responsible for treatment-and-consultation work of the department.  

The treatment-and-consultation work is carried out in the following directions: family medicine and internal diseases, neurology, pediatrics, otorhinolaryngology, surgery, gynecology, immunology, oncology, genetics, rehabilitation, psychology, reflexotherapy.

The treatment-and-consultation help is conducted at 15 clinical bases, 4 of which are situated in the countryside. Clinical bases are outpatients and in-patient and rehabilitative departments, medical institutions.
