Krynychna Iryna Petrivna – Doctor of Sciences in Public Administration, Professor, Professor of Health Care Department in Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education.

 Graduated from Dnipropetrovs'k Medical Institute (DMI, now Dnipropetrovsk Medical Academy of the Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine), Medical Department, internship by occupation - neuropathologist, medical residency with a specialization in "neurology" in the Neurological Disease Department DMI (1994). Gained Board Certified qualification of neuropathologist (1996), passed Ph.D.defense on topic "Peculiarities of hemodynamics and vegetative provision in individuals exposed to ionizing radiation with initial manifestations of lack of blood supply to the brain", qualified as 14.01.15 – Neurological disease (1996). Work experience from the Neurological Disease Department DMI as Assistant, Associate Professor of the Department for Academic Affairs, Executive Scretary of the  DMI State Examination Board (1992-2003).

Gained work experience as principal deputy chief of Hospital Chief Executive Officer in outpatient department of the territorial medical association №12 in Dnipropetrovsk (2003-2006). Stood at the origins of  development of primary care on the principles of Family medicine in Ukraine. A new common practice family medicine outpatient clinic under my direct supervision was opened in  Chapli village, Samara district in Dnipropetrovsk region (2005).

 Studied at doctoral program (2006-2009) in Dnipropetrovsk Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine (DRIPA NAPA under the President of Ukraine). Gained associate professor rank (2011). Passed Ph.D.  defense on topic "State management of processes of radiation-safe life of the population: theoretical and methodological principles" with a specialization in 25.00.01 - theory and history of public administration. After defending a doctoral thesis worked at the Department of Public Administration and Local Government of DPALG NAPA under the President of Ukraine as a Professor. Gained professor's certificate (2018).  From 2018 till now - Professor of Health Care Department in Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education.

Awarded with honors certificate of exhibition main committee for researches of Ukraine national economic enterprise; commendation of head of Dnipropetrovsk regional council;  honorary certificates: NAPA under the President of Ukraine, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast State Administration Department of Education and Science, National Service of Mediation and Reconciliation, Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine.

 Member of editorial board of professional scientific editions of Ukraine: "Public administration", "Aspects of public administration". Head of Dnipropetrovsk branch of the All-Ukrainian Assembly of Doctors of Sciences in Public Administration.

 Possess 231 scientific publications. Actively participate in formation and development of  educational and scientific areas of knowledge in Ukraine "Public Administration" and "Healthcare". Academic paper focuses on improvement of public administration in nuclear, radiation, ecological, genetic, energy, fire and anthropogenic safety areas.
