Clinical bases of the oncology department

Currently, there are three training bases of the Department: a multidisciplinary Division of the National Cancer Institute of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, Oncological Clinic of Shupyk NMAPE in the Divisions of Abdominal and Thoracic surgery in KNP "The Kyiv Municipal  Clinical Oncological Center" and  The Kyiv Region Clinical Hospital with modern diagnostic equipment and treatment for patients with malignant neoplasms. These training bases provide a modern multidisciplinary approach to the patients management, minimally invasive organ-saving methods of treatment, and create best conditions for mastering in specialties of clinical oncology, oncological surgery, oncological gynecology and endoscopy.

Educational process in the Department is provided in classrooms, equipped with the necessary computer and demonstration facilities. Students are provided with the necessary literature and access to the Internet.

1) The Department is located on the base of KNP "The Kyiv Municipal Clinical Oncological Center"

(Clinic of the Department of Oncology of NMAPE named after PL Shupyk, Department of Abdominal Surgery, the 5th floor, and Department of Thoracic Surgery, the 7th floor of The Hospital Building).
