Irkin Igor Vasilievich graduated from the Chita State Medical Institute, a medical faculty. In 1973 he defended his PhD thesis. Student of Professor Samoteikin MA In 1994, he defended his doctoral dissertation "Structural changes in the hemocycler circulation of myocardium in the process of age-related adaptation and heart disease," Doctor of Medical Sciences (1994), Professor of the Department of Pathological and Topographic Anatomy (1999).
Irkin Igor Vasilyevich is an experienced teacher, a doctor of the highest category.
He is the author of 145 scientific papers, 9 patents, including 7 teaching aids. Scientific direction - actual issues of general pathological anatomy, morphology of cardiovascular diseases, vessels of the lower extremities and cerebral disorders. Under his guidance, 15 candidate dissertations were completed.

He graduated from the medical faculty of the Kiev Medical Institute in 1973. From 1963 to 1966 he studied at the postgraduate course at the Kiev Medical Institute. From 1966 to 1771 he worked as an assistant of the Department of Pathological Anatomy of the Kiev Medical Institute. From 1971 to 1979, he headed the pathologic-anatomical service of the Kyiv Research Institute of Clinical and Experimental Surgery. In 1992 till 2016 he was in charge of the Department of Pathological and Topographic Anatomy of the NMAPE named after PL. Shupika
