In 1997 - 2005 – Chief Freelance Rheumatologist of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

Deputy Chairman of the Editorial Board of "Ukrainian Journal of Rheumatology". Member of the Certification Commission for Internal Diseases, Rheumatology. В Was decorated with the Medal of Strazhesko for her significant contribution to the national cardiology (2006).

Vice-President of the Association of Rheumatologists of Ukraine,

Member of the European League Against Rheumatism.

Author of over 350 published works, co-author of the National Text-Book in Rheumatology.
