On November 26, 2022, the 1st Latin American Symposium on Globalization and Emergency Medical Care was held, at which a number of important issues were considered, taking into account modern threats, risks and prospects for the development of emergency medical care in the world.

At the conference, representatives of professional associations from various countries of Europe and North and South America made presentations and reports on regional features of emergency medical care.

As a representative of Ukraine was invited the Head of the Department of Emergency Medicine of the Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine, prof. Volosovets Anton, who gave an online report on the peculiarities of emergency medical care and the medical system of Ukraine in general during the war with russia.
