On June 19, 2024, the final exam for intern doctors of the III year of study was successfully held. The work of intern doctors was evaluated by the powerful teaching staff of the specialized department.

The examination committee includes the head of the department, professor Oleh Golyanovskyi, associate professors Olga Morozova, Oleksandr Voloshyn, assistants Oleksandr Kononets, Larisa Staselovich. When evaluating the knowledge of intern doctors, the teachers of the department paid special attention to the possibility of applying practical skills in obstetrics and gynecology practice, taking into account the current situation in Ukraine today, which is related to the state of war.

«Doctors-interns combined distance and classroom forms of education," noted Professor Oleg Golyanovskyi. - The purpose of this event is to provide interns with an opportunity to demonstrate their theoretical knowledge on current issues of obstetrics and gynecology and to demonstrate basic practical skills that must be provided in case of urgent obstetric and gynecological pathology. Interns also demonstrated the ability to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation and stop bleeding from main vessels. It's nice to note that our students are motivated young doctors who deliberately chose their favorite profession, so they put in a lot of work to become qualified specialists».

At the final exam, interns of the 3rd year showed good knowledge of theoretical issues of obstetrics and gynecology, as well as demonstrated practical skills. The scientific and pedagogical staff of the department wished the interns good luck and continuous training for first-class mastery of all the intricacies of their profession.
