The Professors of one of the oldest and most famous universities in Europe, the Jagiellonian University, arrived at Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education on a working visit.

Among the guests of the Academy there were:

Head of the Department of Kinesitherapy and Massage of Vincent Pol University of Social and Natural Sciences, Full Professor Magdalena Wilk-Franczuk, 

Head of the Department of Orthopedics, Traumatology and Rehabilitation of Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University, Full Professor Boguslaw Witold Franczuk, and the University graduate Volodymyr Lavrynets.

Rector of the Academy, Full Professor Yuriy Voronenko and Vice-Rector for International Relations and International Students Research and Training, FullProfessorOlesya Hulchiy during the negotiations with the guests of the Academy have considered the exchange of specialists and participation in joint scientific and academic events, as well as enhanced collaborative approach to the establishment of joint scientific programs and implementation of academic mobility. The results of the negotiations were enshrined in the signed cooperation agreement.

As a result of agreements reached, the specialists of NMAPE will be able to participate in certificate programs in clinics of Poland and to use the medical platform, which is created for free broadcasts from operating rooms.

The delegation visited the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology No.2 and the Department of Medical Rehabilitation, Physiotherapy and Sports Medicine. In the report at the meeting of the Academic Board, Full Professor B. Franchuk shared his experience working as a head of the Polish Chamber of Physicians.
