The foreword was delivered by the Vice-Rector for International Relations and Scientific and Pedagogical Work with Foreign Students, Prof. Olesya Hulchiy.

The agenda included, in particular, the clarification of the order of charging hours for advising and the clarification of the procedure for paying for advising. Thus, supervisors file their time-sheets to the international department monthly, and on this basis the payroll calculations are run.

Head of the contract education sector, Tatiana Volkova, focused on specific questions concerning the organization of the educational process. Specifically, certificate programme for doctors from CIS states lasts 1 month at least and clinical ordinatura (residency) continues from 2 up to 5 years.

Contract education sector officer, Evelina Chumak observed the changes in basic documentation. 

More than 50 supervisors and  representatives of  40 departments were present at the meeting.
