On February 14 2019 year, the scientific and practical conference “Inflamatory bowel diseases: modern approaches to diagnosis and treatment” was held. The conference was attended by staff Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education and National children`s specialized hospital “OHMATDYT”.

The relevance of the problem in introductory speech emphasazed by the professor, a head of pediatrics department N1 Ochotnicova O.M. and depuyy chief doctor Ivanova T.P. Interesting reports of  the assotiated professor of pediatrics department N1, the doctor of medical science Oshlianska O.A. (“Inflamatory bowel diseases: the difficulties of diagnosis and treatment”),  the professor, a head of department of pathologic and topografic anatomy, professor Dyadyk O.O. (“Histochemical and immunohistochemical studies in the diagnosis of inflamatory bowel diseases”), of the assotiated professor of  department  of pathologic and topografic anatomy, Shatrova K.M. (“ Morphology of inflamatory bowel diseases”), the doctor of department of functional diagnostics Voronyak D.I.(“Endoscopy is the key method for diagnosing of inflamatory bowel diseases”) highlighted the problem of multidisciplinary.

The conference was very productive and aroused snterest among the audience by the practical approach of incorporating the achievements of modern science into the protocols diagnosis and treatment of chilren in Ukraine.
