Within the framework of interinstitutional cooperation, at the end of September, Professor Volodymyr Krasnov, Head of the Department of Pedagogy, Psychology, Medical and Pharmaceutical Law conducted a training workshop " Innovation in the educational process: the skills of the professions of the future" for students of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University (KNU). Within three hours, together with the staff of the Ukrainian-Chinese Innovation Center of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University, students developed skills of establishing effective communication.

Упродовж тренінгу-практикуму студенти працювали з реальними кейсами, укладеними відповідно до створених і протестованих в Ізраїлі методик «Circles and lines». Учасники практичного заняття навчалися ґрунтовно та зважено підходити до роботи в команді, тренувалися оптимально розподіляти відповідальність при виконанні командних проектів, що в сучасному навчальному процесі вищої школи за кордоном застосовуються якнайчастіше. Через командну роботу на тренінгу відпрацьовували підходи з розвитку так званих «навиків майбутнього», серед яких найважливішими є саме комунікаційні навики.

During the training, students worked with real cases, compiled according to “Circles and lines” techniques created and tested in Israel. Participants of the practical training learned thoroughly and carefully approaches to team work, to optimally allocate responsibility in the implementation of team projects, which are used most often in the modern educational process of higher education abroad. Through teamwork, training on the development of the so-called "skills of the future", among which communication skills are the most important.

Such competences enable young professionals to remain competitive in today's job market, including during the active introduction of innovative changes in the field of higher education.
