NMAPO named after PL Shupyka testifies that, according to the criteria of the European Federation of Quality Management (EFQM), it corresponds to the level of "five stars" model of the perfect organization.
For almost 30 years, EFQM has been a guide for organizations seeking to improve their operations in line with world best practices and trends.
For the first time this year, it was not just more specified or actualized! This model has been completely rewritten. The main purpose of this review was to reflect the trends of today's, fastly changing and unpredictable world, and to understand which organizations can count on success in such a world.
On December 20, 2019, the Ukrainian Association for Excellence and Quality (UAEQ) held a training seminar on "EFQM 2020 - the most up-to-date idea of what was to identify the perfect organization".
The seminar was attended by the Head of the Department of Pedagogy, Psychology, Medical and Pharmaceutical Law, Coordinator of the Academy's Quality Management System, Professor Vladimir Krasnov.
Lecturer of the seminar, President of UAEQ Taras Kalita spoke about a number of key trends that are reflected in the Model:
- building and developing the ecosystem of an organization, not just its internal activity;
- attracting, involving and retaining people instead of classic management;
- Creating solutions and values for consumers, not just products and services;
- Strengthening the focus on sustainable development of the organization and society based on the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
We hope that our Academy will be able to actively realize in the new 2020 all the challenges, opportunities and prospects that the world-class experts in the Model of Perfect Organization have justified.
