American diabetes association (ADA) has just published the new book which included the interesting and atypical clinical cases of diabetes mellitus and its comorbidity with other clinical syndromes and diseases. Each chapter is the one clinical case with the commentary of the editor.

The clinical case, which was described by the Head of Department of Diabetology of P. L. Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine Professor Boris Mankovsky and doctor Yana Saenko was published in this book.

This case presented the unusual comorbidity of diabetes mellitus and systemic lupus erythematosus, which as diabetes itself is the typical autoimmune disorder.
The book is widely distributed amongst the medical doctors who are interested in the problem of diabetes in the many countries worldwide.
