Center of Medical Simulation and Training (CEMSIT) of Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine was established in 2016 by order of the Rector № 1032 in order to implement simulation teaching methods in the educational process in accordance with modern world practices in continuing medical education to ensure maximum safety of patients and doctors in training, practice and implementation of invasive medical and diagnostic procedures.
The main purpose of CEMSIT is to improve the quality of postgraduate training and continuing professional development of doctors and junior specialists with medical education, health care workers, paramedics and social services, to practice their practical skills in providing medical care to the population and ensure maximum safety of patients and medical staff. based on the use of simulation teaching methods and the introduction of innovative educational technologies.
From 2016 to the present, repair works have been completed in CEMSIT premises, simulation equipment has been purchased and a training and methodological base has been developed to ensure the educational process.
Since 2018, 3885 interns and students have visited CEMSIT, 5 master classes and trainings for teachers on the features of simulation teaching methods have been held.

Vladyslav V. OREL
Associate Professor CEMSIT, Candidate of Medical Sciences, anesthesiologist of the highest qualification category, pediatric anesthesiologist of the highest qualification category.
He graduated from the Bogomolets National Medical University with honors (1996) with a degree in "medical business".
He studied for a master's degree (1996-1999) and in full-time graduate school (1999-2002) at the Department of Anesthesiology, Intensive Care and Disaster Medicine of the Bogomolets National Medical University.
In 2004 he defended his dissertation.
He worked as an assistant (2003-2008), as an associate professor (2008-2010) and associate professor (2010-2019) of the Department of Emergency Medicine of NMAPE named after P. Shupyk.
In 2010 he received the academic title of "Associate Professor" of the Department of Emergency Medicine NMAPE named after P. Shupyk.
Works as an associate professor of CEMSIT Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine from 2019 to the present.
Author of 99 publications.

Vladislav V. SHISHATSKIY
Engineer of the 2nd category of CEMSIT.
He graduated from the National Aviation University (2020) with a degree in biomedical engineering and received a bachelor's degree.
From 2020 to the present, he is studying for a master's degree at the National Aviation University, majoring in "pedagogical innovative technologies in higher technical institutions."
He has been working at the CEMSIT Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine from 2019 to the present (part-time): first as a specialist (2019-2021), and from 2021 to the present as a category 2 engineer.
