At the end of February 2021, the Department of Pediatric Anesthesiology and Intensive Care completed one of the new cycles of thematic improvement - a two-week cycle of TI "Infusion therapy in the perioperative period and in critical conditions in patients of different ages". Of course, the department was interested in the impressions of the attendees. General anesthesiologists and pediatric anesthesiologists, who had passed the course, were able to share their opinion by filling out specially designed anonymous questionnaires. In general, all students were satisfied with the content, quality and organization of the training. Most attendees noted that they received an unexpected amount of modern practical information. The students liked the remote learning cycle, which gave them the opportunity to study at a distance, save time and reduce financial costs. But along with the advantages of remote learning, students noted, in their opinion, some disadvantages, such as a slightly lower level of information perception and limited opportunities to communicate with teachers than during eye-to-eye studying, etc.

All employees of the Department of Pediatric Anesthesiology, according to the schedule, undergo further training in the courses on thematic improvement in the specialty, as well as in pedagogy and informatics.
