MOKHNACHOV Stanislav Ihorovych – Candidate of Medical Sciences (2009).

In 2000 he graduated from the faculty of medicine of Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy, Poltava. Since 2002 he has been working at the Department of Medical Informatics as a Senior Laboratory Assistant, from 2004 to 2010 he had been an Assistant Professor of the department, since July, 2010 he has been working as an Associate Professor. 

Mokhnachov S. I. is the author of 35 scientific works, including 1 monograph, 4 manuals. After he had defended his candidate dissertation he published 6 papers, including one textbook classified by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

He was awarded the Diploma of the Central Committee of Trade Unions of health workers in Kyiv (2006), Gratitude from the Rector of National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education (2008). 

Lines of investigation are the following: distant education and telemedicine, the use of information technologies in health care and medicine.
