The treatment and consultation work is performed by the staff members at Kyiv City Clinical Emergency Hospital (polytrauma, surgery and toxicology units), which is the base medical institution. The staff members work as consulting physicians at the Mobile Hospital of the Ministry of Emergencies of Ukraine.
