- Qualification: Otolaryngologist of the highest qualification category, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Honored Doctor of Ukraine, Laureate of the State Prize of Ukraine in Science and Technology, Head of the Department of Otolaryngology;-

-Professional activity: -Otology: chronic purulent otitis media, sensorineural hearing loss, functional and corrective otosurgery – tympanoplasty , stapedoplasty, cochlear implantation.

-Rhinology: diseases of the paranasal sinuses, endoscopic surgery of the nose and the sinuses, computer-assisted (navigation) endonasal surgery, rhinoplasty. -Pharyngology: tonsillar problems, tonsillar and laryngeal phlegmonous diseases of the pharynx and neck.

-Scientific work: the author of more than 300 scientific works, including 5 patents for invention, co-author of 5 monographs.

-Teaching: Head of the Department of Otolaryngology.

- Additional information: expert of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine on specialty "Otolaryngology, pediatric otorhinolaryngology, surdology", member of the attestation commission of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine in the specialty "Otolaryngology", member of the specialized academic council for the defense of candidate and doctoral dissertations on otorhinolaryngology at the State Pedagogical University "Institute of Otolaryngology". prof.
