The department has got 4 clinical bases:

Kyiv City Clinical Hospital No 5, 40-bed Surgical Unit. The staff members see patients; carry out urgent and elective surgery.

Kyiv Regional Clinical Hospital, 60-bed Surgical Unit. The staff members see patients at the polyclinic; carry out urgent and elective visits in Kyiv Region. 

Main Military Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, 30-bed Unit of Proctology and Oncoproctology with the wards for chemotherapy. The staff members see patients; carry out elective surgery.

Central Kyiv-Sviatoshyno District Hospital, 60-bed Surgical Unit. The staff members see patients; carry out elective surgery.
