On June 22, 2021 at the Department of Surgery and Vascular Surgery of the Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine (the Chief of Department of Surgery and Vascular Surgery - S. Savoliuk, Full Professor, took place an intermediate attestation of interns (specialty – surgery, second year of studying).

All interns (18) who had completed a full curriculum (lectures, seminars, practical skills on the basic speciality and related disciplines) and had presented the necessary individual documentation were allowed to take the examination. 

During the attestation, all interns showed high level of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in basic disciplines and related specialties. Appropriate level of skills in surgical manipulations and operating techniques was noted in accordance with the presented digital reports, including modern laparoscopic and endoscopic, surgical and diagnostic technologies. 

At the end of the exam, the Chief of Department of Surgery and Vascular Surgery of the Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine S. Savoliuk accented attention on the need in further improvement of the professional level of interns during internship on the bases of correspondence internships, which will be checked by the department staff throughout the year in accordance with the approved plan.
