On October 11, 2021 under support of Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine, All-Ukrainian Association of Continuing Professional Education of Doctors and Pharmacists, profile associations of surgeons and anesthesiologists of Ukraine, was held  regular scientific-practical professional school-seminar "Modern consensuses in the clinical practice of surgeons and anesthesiologists".

The moderation of this expert class event was entrusted to the head of the Department of Surgery and Vascular Surgery Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine - professor Savoliuk S.

Topics of the event included reviews of modern consensus documents on perioperative analgesia strategies and the degree of its adequacy in the context of enhanced recovery after surgery, treatment and prevention of acute and chronic pain, current recommendations for the treatment of obliterative atherosclerosis of the lower extremities, antibiotic resistance and ways of its prevention and intensive care of emergencies in surgery and anesthesiology, including due to COVID-19.

Invited experts were employees of National Cancer Institute,  Shalimov National Institute of Surgery and Transplantology named, Bogomolets National Medical University, Dnipro State Medical University, Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical Universities.

Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine was represented at this event by the head of the Department of Surgery and Vascular Surgery - Professor Savoliuk S and Associate Professor of Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care - Domoratsky O.
