Since the main objective of the English teachers is to create positive learning environment in the classroom to motivate their learners towards their teaching and learning, we should not be satisfied with the knowledge what we have.

In the report, the graduate student highlighted the main provisions of the work, focusing on the relevance of the presented urgent surgical problem, taking into account the dynamics of domestic and global incidence of varicose veins and its complications in the form of acute ascending thrombophlebitis; the assessment of early and long-term results of application of endovenous electric welding technology during the performance of urgent minimally invasive interventions is carried out.
Given that urgent and elective minimally invasive phlebology is one of the priority areas of research at the Department of Surgery and Vascular Surgery Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine, the results of the dissertation are framed in the relevant sections of the initiative research work of the department, introduced into the program of cycles of thematic improvement "Endovenous electric welding in the surgery of varicose veins" and "Minimally invasive techniques in phlebology" and in the work of surgical departments at clinical bases of the department.
The speeches of reviewers and opponents emphasized the importance of the dissertation research, especially the medical and social aspect of the selected scientific problem, its practical and theoretical significance and the solution of the urgent problem by modern minimally invasive and minimally traumatic surgical technologies.
By the decision of the specialized scientific council graduate student of the Department of Surgery and Vascular Surgery Gerashchenko R was awarded the PhD degree, because the relevance of the topic, the amount of clinical research, the material presented in the work, the validity and objectivity of the conclusions, scientific novelty and practical significance of the dissertation meets all requirements.
