In November 2021, Associate Professor Inna Kuchynska completed a month-long observership in the Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care at West Middlesex University Hospital in London (400 beds, General Intensive Care Unit, Anesthesiology Department, Obstetrics Anesthesiology Department). The observership took place under a grant system supported by the European Society of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care (ESAIC).

During the internship Inna Kuchynska got acquainted with the work of departments, studied British intensive care protocols, approaches in respiratory support of patients with severe coronavirus disease, in-depth monitoring in the IT department, approaches to the use of renal replacement therapy, other extracorporeal methods of local and critical care organizational features of anesthesiology and IT departments. The experience of studying at a local training center, studying the structure of training of young British anesthesiologists, and organizing training days at the hospital also became invaluable.

The experience gained was presented in the form of a report and presented on the Medical Education Portal.
