Area of Expertise: perinatal loss prediction and prevention; obstetric and perinatal complications in primiparae over 30 years of age; the prevention of obstetric and perinatal complications in women with metabolic syndrome; hypogalactia prediction and prevention; peritonitis after cesarean section; reproductive disorders in women who underwent uterus surgery; obstetric and perinatal TORCH-infections; infertility.

Author of 232 published works, including 9 monographs, text-books, manuals, 18 patents.

16 MD, Drs. Sc. and 88 MD, PhDs were defended under his supervision.

Under his guidance there are carried out investigations concerning prognosis, prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of the reproductive dysfunction in women as well as prevention of pyoseptic complications in obstetrics and gynecology.

Nadiya Ya. Zhylka,  MD, Dr. Sc., Associate Professor of the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology (2006), Senior Researcher, International Expert on reproductive health in WHO and UN, Honored Doctor of Ukraine (2006).

Awarded the letter of commendation from the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, letters of commendation from the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, (2003,2006), the letter of commendation from UNICEF (2007), nominee for the WHO Prize (2004)

Followed her career from the obstetrician- gynecologist in a district hospital to the Head of Obstetrics and Gynecology Department at the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

From 1999 to 2011 she worked at the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, occupying the leading positions in the Maternal and Child Health Care service. In 2010-2011 he worked as the Head of the National Project “ New Life. New Quality of Maternal and Child Health”.

Under her direct leadership, nearly 70 regulatory documents in reproductive health/family planning, prevention of mother-to-child HIV transmission, child welfare standards, norms for outpatient and inpatient obstetric and neonatal care have been developed. Coordinator of the National Program “Reproductive Health in 2001-2005", the State Program ,"Reproductive Health of the Nation for the period till 2015" and the intersectoral programs "Prevention of HIV transmission from mother to child and providing medical and social support to HIV infected children in 2006-2008".

Author and co-author of about 250 scientific works , including 87 monographs, text-books, manuals, 4 sectoral innovations.

Area of Expertise: social hygiene, public health management, family medicine development.

Alla D. Vitiuk, MD, PhD, Associate Professor of the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology (2011).

Author and co-author of more than 40 published works, including 1 text-book, 1 manual, 7 bulletins and 4 useful model patents.

Area of Expertise: endoscopic gynecology, assisted reproductive treatment.
