Education: Higher Medical, Donetsk National Medical University of M. Gorky, with honors (1985).

Qualification: The highest category in the field of Ophthalmology, a specialist specializing in "Organization and management of health care". Total work experience is 42 years. Work experience in ophthalmology is 36 years.

Degree: PhD in Medical sciences (1992), Associate Professor (1997), Doctor of Science in Medicine (2007), Full Professor (2010).

Membership in Ukrainian and International Associations: Head of the Department of Microsurgery of the Donetsk Regional Clinical Territorial Medical Association (1994-2014). Membership in Ukrainian and International Associations: Member of the European Society for Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (ESCRS) (2003), Member of the Ukrainian Society of Ophthalmologists, engaged in surgical practice (2004), Member of the Ukrainian Society of Ophthalmologists (2007).

Professional activity: fluently possesses all modern methods of diagnostics and microsurgical treatment of eye diseases, including excimer laser refractive surgery.

From 1994 to 2014 part-time work as a Head within the Eye Microsurgery Department of Donetsk Regional Clinical Territorial Medical Association.

Scientific activity: the author of 550 scientific works in the leading professional editions, including foreign ones. Co-author of 1 monograph and 4 textbooks on eye diseases for students of medical universities, 14 patents and 1 invention.

Under the guidance of Professor S. Yu. Mogilevskyy 1 dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Sciences in Medicine and 10 dissertations for the degree Candidate of Sciences in Medicine were defended.

Teaching Activity: From 1900 – Assistant, Docent, Full Professor within the Department of Ophthalmology of Donetsk National Medical University, from 2014 - Full Professor within the Department of Ophthalmology of Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine, 31 years of pedagogical experience.
