The level of development of science can serve as one of the main indicators of the development of society and a reflection of the modern development of the state. Therefore, the development and popularization of science should become an integral part of  development of Ukraine.

Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care of NMAPE pays attention to this statement because one of the ways of increasing interest in research activity among  youth is to engage our residents at scientific events.

September 21, 2019, representatives of the department Bolyuk M. (graduate student of the department) and Dimov B. (2-nd year resident), participated in the scientific works of young scientists competition, which took place  at the Congress of Anesthesiologists of Ukraine.

This competition is held annually and has already become an important tool for Ukrainian young scientists support.

The purpose of the competition is to support young researchers, develop scientific activity and encourage their scientific achievements.

The research works were admitted by a high interest of the audience. Following the decision of the competition commission, a representative of the department Dimov B was awarded a third degree diploma.

We would like to note that the scientific works of the department were aworded for three years in a row (in previous years the first and second place), which verifies scientific potential of the activity that is carried out at the department.

In the future, the department will continue supporting development of scientific activity among young scientists.
