On May 2th, 2024 at the Department of Surgery and Vascular Surgery Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine (head of the Department - prof. Savoliuk S.) have started training of III year interns in the specialty "Surgery" (17 doctors, 2021 year of graduation).

Modern technologies in medicine and in surgery, allow performing almost any volume of surgical interventions, minimizing actual surgical aggression, thereby facilitating and reducing the rehabilitation period of patients. In terms of surgical access in abdominal surgery, this technology is laparoscopic surgery.
