Traditional clinical base of the Department is the National Children's Specialized Hospital “OHMATDYT” – multidisciplinary research and treatment facility, which has a hospital of 600 beds at the 17 different profiles, including outpatient clinic, laboratory Department; surgical Department- 270 beds, Department of therapeutic profile – 275 beds (pediatric, hematologic, endocrine, neuropsychiatric, infectious diseases unit), neonatal center with 55 beds, center for toxicology and detoxification and etc.

All members of the Department are actively involved in medical-diagnostic process in clinical base.

Since 2005 the Department took as second base outpatient Clinic Solomenskiy and Shevchenko areas where constantly advise our teachers.
Since 2013, the Department's base was the Kiev Regional Clinical Hospital No. 1 in c. Boyarka — Department cardiorevmatologic (50 beds) and pulmonology (30 beds)

Since 2015, the Department's base Institute of Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology of the National Academy of Medical Science of Ukraine, Department for older  children with pathology of respiration, digestion, allergic and rheumatic diseases (60 beds), polyclinic of Institute of Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology of the National Academy of Medical Science of Ukraine.

In addition members of the Department carry most of the advisory work in the hospitals of Kiev and the Ukraine.
