Graduated in 1988 from the Kiev Medical Institute. In1988-1989 - internship in surgery. Since 1993 – surgeon of the Kiev Research Institute of Cardiovascular Surgery.
Since 1997 - Senior Researcher of the Electrophysiology Department in the Cardiovascular Surgery Institute of Academy of Medical Sciences.
Since 2007 worked as a leading researcher of the scientific advisory department with radiological methods of treatment in Ukrainian Children’s Cardiac Center. Was engaged in the organization of arrhythmological service in Ukrainian Children’s Cardiac Center, dedicated to newborns and young children, and perinatal arrhythmias treatment. Mastered the latest techniques of cardiac ablations, in particular with navigation system use and in children from the age of 2 months, as well as pacemaker implantations to young children.
In 2003 defended PHD dissertation on the cardiovascular surgery specialty named “AV nodal reentry tachycardia. Electrophysiological aspects and treatment by catheter ablation.” In 2011 received the scientific title of senior researcher and was selected by the competition as associate professor of the Department of Pediatric Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery in the National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education. Author of 60 published scientific works.
Main directions of educational, methodical, scientific and medical activity: responsible for medical work at the department, atrial fibrillation catheter ablations, diagnostics and treatment of arrhythmias in children.

Graduated from the Crimean State Medical University. SI. Georgievsky in 1998. From 1998 to 1999 she studied at the internship on the specialty "Therapy".
From 2006 to 2008 - Clinical residency in the specialty "Therapy" at the Department of Therapy and Family Medicine of the Crimean State Medical University S.I. Georgievsky. From 2008 to 2011 - post-graduate student of the post-graduate course of the Department of Therapy and Family Medicine of the Crimean State Medical University named after S.I. Georgievsky. She defended her dissertation on the specialty of cardiology «Peculiarities of angina pectoris in women and comparative efficiency of antianginal therapy» in 2011.
From 2015 to 2017 - junior researcher of the Department of Cardiology and Radiology of the State Institution «Center for Pediatric Cardiology and Cardiac surgery of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine". She has been selected for the post of Associate Professor of the Department of Pediatric Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery in 2017. She is the author of 68 published scientific works.
Main directions of educational, methodical and scientific activity: Holter monitoring of ECG, daily monitoring of blood pressure, diagnosis and treatment of congenital heart defects in adults.

Assistant Professor, pediatric cardiologist (advanced level) and specialist in echocardiography.
In 2003 graduated from Bogomolets’s National Medical University, Pediatric department. After one year of internship has got a specialty «pediatrician». Also in 2003-2004 has done master’s research work dedicated to allergy in children and has got the degree “magister of pediatrics”.
In 2004 started working as pediatric cardiologist and echocardiography specialist in Ukrainian Children’s cardiac center.
From 2011 is Dr. Artemenko is also involved in postgraduate education of physicians of different pediatric specialties in National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education. As professor’s assistant of department of pediatric cardiology and cardiac surgery Ievgeniia performs lectures dedicated to diagnostics and treatment of congenital heart defects and myocardial pathology in children, performs practical trainings in transthoracic and transoesophageal echocardiography.
Research work deals with echocardiographic evaluation of aortic valve in children with its congenital disorder.
