08 жовтня 2024 на засіданні разової спеціалізованої вченої ради у НУОЗ України імені П. Л. Шупика ДФ 26.613.189, у змішаній формі, відбувся захист дисертаційної роботи асистента-аспіранта кафедри хірургії і проктології Олександра Коваля на тему «Обґрунтування вибору відкритої та лапароскопічної алопластики при пупкових грижах поєднаних з діастазом прямих м’язів живота».
