The conference of the International Association for Medical Education (AMEE) was held in Glasgow (Scotland) on August 26-30, 2023.

AMEE promotes excellence in healthcare education internationally at all levels of education, from undergraduate to master's programs and doctoral research. Together with other organizations, the association supports teachers and educational institutions in their ongoing educational activities, advising them on new developments, achievements and methodologies.

This year's AMEE 2023 conference was devoted to such an important topic as «Inclusive Learning Environments for Transforming the Future», but other key areas in healthcare education were also included.

The Head of the Department of Emergency Medicine of our university Volosovets A. took part in the conference and made an online report with title «Emergency Medicine during the War in Ukraine» within the section «Postgraduate Medical Education in Conditions of Destabilization and Conflict». Foreign colleagues warmly and respectfully received the report, expressed unanimous support for Ukraine and condemned the actions of the russian invaders.
