Natalia V. Alekseenko graduated from Yaroslavl Medical Institute in 1976. For over 20 years she has been working as a neonatologist. From 1987 to 1989 she studied in clinical residency at еhe Department of Neonatology.In 1992, under the guidance of Prof. S.P. Katonina defended her PhDthesis, which was devoted to issues of hormonal adaptation of newborns. From 1998 to 2009 she worked as an assistant of the Department of Pediatrics № 5 of the BohomoletsNational medical University.Since 2009 has been working at the Department of Children and Adolescent Diseases of the Shupyk. In 2011 she received the academic title "Associate Professor". The main direction of scientific and practical work is neonatology and the management of early agechildren. Has a higher qualification category in pediatrics and neonatology. She is the author of 40 publications and 3 patents. Performs the duties of the headteacher of the department.
