Public figure - President of the NGO "Ukrainian Dental Association" (since 2016), Chairman of the Board of the National Medical Council of Ukraine (2018 - 2019). National Liaison Officer World Dental Federation (FDI) (since 2010). Ambassador of the Ukraine in the Standing Committee of European Doctors (СРМЕ) (since 2017), World Medical Association (WMA) (since 2020). President of the International Dental Association "Commonwealth" (2020 - 2023). Member of the Academy of Dentistry International, ADI (since 2021).

1983 - 1988. Studied at the dental faculty of Bogomolets Kyiv Medical Institute (now - Bogomolets National Medical University). Specialty "Dentistry", diploma with "Honors".

Biloklytska Galyna F., MD, Dr. Sc., Head of the department, Full Professor, Honoured Scientist and Technologist of Ukraine.
Galyna F. Biloklytska is the Director of Dental Practical and Educational Centre.
Since 2004 Full Professor G. F. Biloklytska has been a member of the Specialized Scientific Board in Dentistry under the Institute of Dentistry of Shupyk NHU of Ukraine; during 8 years (2004-2012) had headed Approbation Council of the Institute of Dentistry; in 2013 became a member of Specialized Scientific Board in Dentistry under Bogomolets National Medical University.
She is a member of two Academic Senates: Shupyk NHU of Ukraine and Institute of Dentistry; member of methodological commission on clinical work of NMAPE. Since 2006 she has been a President of the Association of Periodontists of Ukraine, which was admitted to the European Federation of Periodontists (EFP) as an associative member after the speech of Full Professor G. F. Biloklytska on the meeting of assembly of EFP in March, 2013. Full Professor G. F. Biloklytska is a member of Administration and Coordinating Board of Automated Control System, member of Certifying Commission of Chief Directorate of Health Care of Kyiv, chief specialist of SSI Scientific and Practical Centre of Preventive and Clinical Medicine of State Directorate for Affairs under the President of Ukraine. She is a member of editorial board of the following journals: “Suchasna Stomatolohiia” (Modern Dentistry – Kyiv, Ukraine), “Novyny Stomatolohii” (News of Dentistry – Lviv, Ukraine), “Dental’ni Tekhnolohii” (Dental Technologies – Kyiv, Ukraine), “Visnyk Stomatolohii” (Bulletin of Dentistry – Odesa, Ukraine), “Parodontolohiia” (Periodontics – Saint Petersburg, Russia), “Suchasna Stomatolohiia” (Modern Dentistry – Warsaw, Poland).
For the services to Homeland and honest work G. F. Biloklytska was awarded the Diploma of Honour of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, two Diplomas of Honour and Breastplates “The Creator” of the State Department of Intellectual Property of Ukraine; for the success in the development of postgraduate education in Ukraine was awarded the European Order “Candles”, Professional Award in the field of Preventive Dentistry “Medal of Full Professor M. F. Danylevskyi”, bearer of the Order “St. Ann”. Has the gratitude from the Minister of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, Rector of Shupyk NHU of Ukraine, Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in health care, President of the Automated Control System, Chief Dentist of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
